At Boxiki Group, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. We ship to over 20 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, UAE, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Mexico, and .

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders under $50 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions may also be available from time to time — check our website for current offers.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and another notification when it ships.

During peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other holidays), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days. We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update tracking information.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at info@boxiki.com.

International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs duties and taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
  • Customs delays: International packages may be subject to customs inspection, which can cause additional delays beyond the estimated delivery times listed above.
  • Customs documentation: We include all necessary customs documentation with international shipments. The declared value on customs forms will reflect the actual purchase price of the items.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) within the United States via USPS. Please note that delivery times to military addresses may be longer than standard domestic shipping and can take up to 14-21 business days depending on the location.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Lost packages: If your tracking shows no updates for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), please contact us at info@boxiki.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged items, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, shipping carriers experience high volumes that may lead to delays. We recommend the following to ensure timely delivery:

  • Place orders at least 2-3 weeks before the desired delivery date for domestic shipments.
  • Place orders at least 4-5 weeks before the desired delivery date for international shipments.
  • Consider expedited shipping options for last-minute gifts.

Our processing times may also be extended by 1-2 business days during the following peak periods: Thanksgiving through Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Valentine's Day.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries due to local regulations or carrier limitations. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified during checkout.
