I ordered a loaf pan that was the wrong size. I have made multiple attempts to return it with minimal communication. It’s really frustrating there isn’t a more straight forward process. If you don’t have to make a return or talk to anyone at Boxiki I’m sure it’s a positive experience. The pan seems quality
